The uniform is a symbol of the School and will help students identify with the school and develop a sense of belonging. Wearing a uniform encourages a sense of pride in appearance.
The School will insist that correct full uniform be worn and expects parents' support in this matter. During the period of transition of the old to new uniform please note that items cannot be mixed.
Neatness, cleanliness, good grooming and acceptable hairstyles show concern for appearance and self-respect. Fashion extremes, as determined by the School, are not permitted. All items, other than shoes, must be purchased from the Uniform Centre only. Black college-wear shoes are to be worn with the formal uniform, and sports shoes (not leisure shoes) with the PE uniform.
For parents new to the school, please read the Principal's Blog about the new uniform and see the storyboards for the ELC - Year 12 uniforms.
