St John’s Grammar School is committed to providing a safe and educationally supportive environment that values and encourages all students to soar.
We recognise that every child is unique and we promote inclusion within our school community that allows for students’ social, emotional, mental, physical and intellectual qualities to be supported.
As a school, we work in partnership with home and Allied Health Professionals through our Circle of Care to build an understanding of the individual student needs. We embrace and value all students in our school community and recognise the importance of understanding and respecting the individual.

Individual Pathways
The St John’s Grammar School staff will seek to understand individual student needs, skills and abilities, and create an Individual Support Plan (ISP). The School has a long history of supporting Exceptional Learners.
At the heart of our Exceptional Learning Model is flexibility that promotes an individual’s pathway that is highly adaptive and provides a range of inclusive strategies. These programs are available for students to access as and when needed.
When supporting Exceptional Learners, the School maintains flexibility by introducing new programs or activities to respond to new students’ needs. The agility of the model is that the School offers a broad range of programs and supports.
