Out of School Hours Care (OSHC)
OSHC is available to all students attending the Junior School, with before and After School programs undertaken at the Junior Campus.
- Before School care is available from 7.30am – 8.30am each school day.
- After School care is available from 3.30pm – 6.00pm each school day.
These programs are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy, to assist families in covering the out-of-pocket expenses associated with these services.
Registration
All families wishing to use the facility for OSHC and/or Vacation Care must complete a OSHC Registration Form each year. An annual $20 Registration Fee applies per family. This is invoiced to your account.

Junior School Early Dismissal Services
Register your child/ren for Early Dismissal services here
On a Wednesday each week, the school day on the Junior Campus finishes at 2.55pm. The School offers the following services for students from 2.55pm – 3.30pm at no cost:
- Reception to Year 2: Early OSHC Program
- Years 3 to 6: Homework Club in the Centre for Creativity
Holiday Program & Vacation Care
During the holidays, the School facilitates two programs – the ELC Holiday Program for our 3 and 4-year-old students based at the Early Learning Centre, and the Junior School Vacation Care for our Reception to Year 6 students, based at our Junior Campus.
The ELC Holiday Program is designed to cater for our youngest learners. Based in the Mussared (4-year-old program) Building at the ELC, this Program is staffed by our ELC co-educators. This Program ensures a continuation of your child’s learning routine during the School Holiday period, combined with fun activities, experiences and excursions. The ELC Holiday Program is charged at the same daily ELC rate of $130.
The Junior School Vacation Care is based at the Junior Campus, and is staffed by our OSHC team. The Junior School Holiday Program is charged at the daily rate of $80.
Each of these programs is booked on a casual daily-booking basis, allowing flexibility for your family during these holiday periods. Both programs are eligible to receive the Government’s Child Care Subsidy, and the costs are inclusive of all activities on the day.
