St John’s Grammar is an Independent ELC – Year 12 School located in a picturesque bushland setting in the Adelaide foothills, yet less than 10km from Adelaide CBD, the capital city of South Australia.
Nestled in the leafy suburb of Belair in the Adelaide Hills, the School has panoramic views over the city of Adelaide and the coastline. The campuses are dotted with gum trees and abundant with native wildlife; koalas and parrots are as much a part of the School community as the students.
St John’s Grammar offers a peaceful, safe and stimulating learning environment for all students, from our Montessori based Early Learning Centre for 3 and 4 years olds, through to Year 12. The School community is comprised of approximately 1000 students, including up to 40 students on our International Student Program.
In addition to an extensive academic program, St John’s Grammar offers opportunities to take part in numerous and varied co-curricular events and activities including sports, creative arts, music and leadership opportunities.
St John’s staff, student leaders and homestay families work together to deliver comprehensive educational support for our international students to ensure they reach their full academic, social and ethical potential. The School is very successful in achieving excellent academic rankings and most of our students go on to University either here in Adelaide, interstate or overseas.
