Property Services Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Property Services Officer to support our property services and operations team as well as faculties within the School, such as Food Technology. This role will work in routine operational support tasks involving logistics, errands, and basic administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the School as a whole, including performing tasks across all three campuses (ELC, Junior Campus and Secondary Campus).

On occasions there may be a requirement to drive a school bus to support the bus driver team in emergencies.

This permanent role will see the successful candidate enjoy a collaborative work environment, having the opportunity to work with our wider school community.

Co-Educator – ELC (Term 4 contract – October 14 to December 12, up to 40 hours per week)

Join the St John’s Grammar School’s Early Learning Centre Team and help nurture young minds in a supportive, collaborative environment. We are looking to fill a position of up to 40 hours per week for Term 4 in a temporary contracted role. You’ll assist with delivering engaging programs, caring for children, and supporting daily routines alongside passionate educators. If you have a Diploma in Early Learning (or a related ACECQA approved qualification) or are a senior student in Early Childhood Education, we’d love to hear from you! Please note that our ELC is open from 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and we will be looking to fill shifts across the span of these hours.

Co-Educator – ELC

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring ELC Co-Educators to join our casual relief pool. You’ll work alongside our lead educators to create a fun and engaging learning environment for children aged 3-5 years. While the hours may vary, there are immediate opportunities for those ready to jump in and make a difference, with the potential for regular hours in the future. Please note that our ELC is open from 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and we will be looking to fill shifts across the span of these hours including in school holidays. We are ideally looking for a minimum of Diploma (or Diploma-equivalent) qualified staff.
