School Administration Officer – Student Services
- Permanent Part-Time Position
Position Description – School Administration Officer (Student Services)
St John’s Grammar is looking for an approachable and organised person to join the team on our Secondary Campus as the key person in Student Services. This role supports the daily operations of the School through providing campus-wide Student Services for our Secondary Campus including being a point of contact for students and families, providing First Aid services for secondary students, managing the recording of student absences and other administrative duties. This role is integral in ensuring our school runs smoothly as a key communication point for our school community.
Please note, this is a part time position working 37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks of the year (39 weeks of school, plus Week 0 prior to Term 1 commencing) with the hours of work being 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

History Teacher

Position Description – Teacher (Humanities – History) 2026 T2
St John’s Grammar is seeking an experienced History Teacher up to Stage 1 for a one Term contract role starting in Term 2, 2026.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy and creativity to the classroom and creates an engaging and inclusive environment to help students build confidence, think critically, and develop strong communication skills, all while fostering a genuine love for learning.
The ideal candidate will have a history of providing a first class education for students, and crafting engaging learning experiences for secondary school students. If you have a commitment to service to students and the wider community, and your values and approach to teaching align with St John’s Grammar, we are keen to hear from you.

Visual Arts Teacher

We are seeking a committed educator who is passionate about inspiring students and fostering a love for learning, and would be keen to hear from experienced teachers or recent graduates with a specialisation in teaching Visual Art.
In this role you will join a collegial team of staff within our Secondary School and will be able to utilise your passion for teaching in your subject area. Ideally, you have the ability to bring energy and creativity to the classroom and create an engaging and inclusive environment to help students build confidence, think critically, and develop strong communication skills, all while fostering a genuine love for learning.
