Be part of the Community Spring Fair in Belair
After great success in 2024, we will again be holding a wonderful Market at our upcoming Community Spring Fair and would love to have as many locally hand made and sourced stalls as possible. If this is something that interests you, please fill out the below application, and we’ll be in touch to confirm availability.
Application Terms & Conditions
Please read before filling in the application form below:
- The Community Spring Fair in Belair is on Sunday 11 October 2026 from 10am – 4pm. Stallholders will be forwarded setup details in early September 2026.
- Full payment of invoice must be paid to secure a Market stall. Payment of invoice denotes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
- The Community Spring Fair in Belair Committee may refuse or deny the rights to trade if the goods are not of a suitable standard, any goods that are offensive or illegal, products or plants of inferior quality, or items that are considered to be not in the spirit of our Fair markets as determined by the P&F Spring Fair Committee.
- The Market stalls for the Community Spring Fair in Belair will be held in both indoor and outdoor locations. Please your preference on your application form. We will endeavor to provide your preference, but locations will be granted as applications come in. Once indoor/outdoor spaces are full, we will not be able to open up any additional spaces in those areas. If you select to have your stall outside, you will need to supply a marquee of your own.
- The sale of alcohol is prohibited in the market stall.
- The Market stall must be manned by the stall holder for the duration of the Fair. All products must be supplied by stall holders. All payment devices must be supplied by stall holder.
- Bump in/out in for the Fair will occur either Saturday 10 or Sunday 11 October on the day of the Fair. Bump in on the Sunday will be from 8:00am and stalls will need to be ready to go by 9:45am. Bump out will occur from 4:00pm Sunday 11 October and will need to be completely bumped out by 5:30pm.
- No refund will be granted upon change of mind or unavailability.
- Your site must be occupied at all times for safety reasons. If you need to vacate your site for toilet/meal breaks, please let one of the event management team know and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.
- Site allocation is final and is at the discretion of the event organisers. All market stall sites are 2.5m x 2.5m. All sites will have a least 1 wall or partition to be able to hang up signage from.
- The allocated site for confirmed stall holders is to be used solely for the purpose and product specified on the application. No subletting will be permitted.
- Gambling or fundraising activities are strictly prohibited in the market stall unless authorised by event organisers prior to the event.
- Stall holder agreements are not transferable to any other party.
- For safety reasons, there will be no vehicle access direct to the stalls. Parking will be available on the street and there will be some parking onsite. This will be provided for stall holders with special requirements including reduced mobility. This will need to be discussed with the Community Spring Fair in Belair market stall manager prior to the bump in time. Due to limited availability, we will not be able to provide an onsite carparking space for everyone.
- All stall holders are required to follow safe food handling practices and health regulation guidelines.
- All site holders are required to leave their site clean and clear of any rubbish. Any additional cleaning or rubbish removal will be passed on to the stall holder.
- All site holders must only use equipment that is in safe, working condition. Equipment deemed a trip hazard must have a cover to prevent any accidents/injuries.
- Any accidents, injuries, damage or loss of equipment must be reported to the event organisers immediately.
- Community Spring Fair in Belair will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to site holders equipment or personal belongings for any reason.
- Community Spring Fair in Belair will not be held responsible for any profit or loss made on the day of the fair.
- As some of our attractions must be outdoors, we may need to cancel/postpone if weather conditions are deemed unsafe. In the event that the Community Spring Fair in Belair is cancelled, all market stall holders will be notified via email. Our first preference will be to postpone the event to a future date, in which case you will be offered first priority to attend. If you are unable to attend the future date, a refund may be offered.
- Community Spring fair in Belair reserves the right to cancel stall holders contract and to refrain any/all monies paid if determined to be in breach of the above terms and conditions.
