Be part of the Community Spring Fair in Belair

We will be holding a wonderful Market at our upcoming Community Spring Fair and would love to have as many locally hand made and sourced stalls as a feature. We are open to having a wide range of items sold within the Market. If this is something that interests you, please fill out the below application.

Please read before filling in the application form.

The Community Spring Fair in Belair is on Sunday 13 October 2024 from 10am – 4pm. Bump in will be on the day only. Stallholders will be forwarded setup details in early September 2024.

The Community Spring Fair in Belair Committee may refuse or deny the rights to trade if the goods are not of a suitable standard, any goods that are offensive or illegal, products or plants of inferior quality, or items that are considered to be not in the spirit of our Fair markets as determined by the P&F Spring Fair Committee. Sale of alcohol will be prohibited in the market stall. If you have a business that involves sale of alcoholic beverages, please contact us at pandf@stjohns.sa.edu.au to discuss how you may be able to involved in the fair.

Where ‘same’ product occurs, the first application will have the right of sale.

The Market stall must be manned by the stall holder for the duration of the Fair. All products must be supplied by stall holders.

This online application form represents an application only. Permission to be a part of the market will only be formally granted after consideration by the P&F Spring Fair Committee. You will be notified of the committee’s decision, in writing, as soon as possible. Upon your application being granted, payment for your stall will need to be made to secure your spot.

Please note – we are no longer taking applications for the following stalls due to fulfilling our quota for these types of stalls at the market: candles, food and drink, kids hair accessories, jewellery, plants and dog items.
