The St John’s Grammar Formal will be held on Saturday 22 March at The National Wine Centre, Hackney in the Hickinbotham Hall commencing at 6.30pm with a Year 12 group photo. The event will conclude at 11pm. The cost of a ticket is $145 per person and includes all food and drinks from 6.30pm to 11pm, all photos including photo booth, music and dancing for the evening. The payment for both students and partners is due by Friday 7 March 2025. Upon receipt of the full amount, only then will students and partners be issued their tickets and seating allocation.

Event Photography will be responsible for taking individual, couple, group and other photos that will occur at specified times during the evening. All photos are included in the cost of the evening; details will be communicated to students via QR code on the night. There will also be an open photo booth to have those instant memories.
