The St John’s Grammar P&F Association is seeking volunteers for the 2026 Community Spring Fair in Belair on Sunday 11 October 2026, to help bring this day to life and showcase our wonderful School community.
Each stall/activity will have 1-hour blocks of time allocated, from 10am to 4pm throughout the day. You’re welcome to volunteer for an hour – or more if you can!
Taking tickets, handing-out prizes, selling food, cooking sausages – there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. See the flyer below for some options, and click here to volunteer.
The P&F is also putting together a team to assist with set-up and pack-down on the day from 7am to 10am, then from 4pm to 6pm. Lifting trestles, moving pop-up marquees, carrying stock, hanging signs – click here to volunteer if you’re able to help with this kind of physical work.
Anyone from our School community can volunteer – but there are some formal requirements to enable participation. See our Volunteering at St John’s Grammar page for the details, and allow some time to complete these requirements.
