We are seeking volunteers for the 2026 Community Spring Fair in Belair, being held on Sunday 11 October. We need your support to help bring this day to life and to really showcase the wonderful school community we have. Each stall/activity will have 1-hour blocks of time allocated, from 10am to 4pm throughout the day. You’re welcome to give an hour – or more if you can!
There will be many options to select from, some of the volunteer areas in 2024 included:
- Planning – being involved in an aspect of the planning process
- Rainbow Brick Road Station – stamping cards and handing out items to attendees
- Lucky Dip / Chocolate Wheel– taking tickets, handing out prizes
- Plant stall – selling plants
- Book stall – selling books
- Cake stall – selling cakes and sweet treats
- Rides and Attractions – taking tickets
- Side Show Alley– taking tickets, helping children play the games, handing out prizes
- Licenced Area– selling alcoholic beverages and cheese plates to attendees
- Canteen – selling chips, chocolates, sausages, drinks etc. to the public
- BBQ – cooking sausages on the BBQ
- Ticket Booth– selling attraction tickets and raffle tickets on the day
- Set-Up/Pack Down – assisting with the set-up and pack down of the Fair
All these areas need lots of hands to make light work – we promise you’ll have a great day!
Anyone from our School community can help, you just need to have completed the School’s volunteer requirements to be a part of the day.
