Year 7 Immunisations
The Mitcham Council Immunisation Program (HPV & Boostrix) for Year 7 students will take place this year on Tuesday 1 September. Students were recently provided with the necessary consent form pack that contained an information sheet & the Consent Card. Please complete the Consent Card and hand the forms to Students Services or email to studentservices@stjohns.sa.edu.au as soon as possible as the Council will be collecting them by end of day Monday 9 February.
Hard copy documents are being distributed to students in Week 1, Term 1, but a digital copy of each document can also be accessed below:

Year 10 Immunisations
The Mitcham Council Immunisation Program (Meningococcal B & Meningococcal ACWY) for Year 10 students will take place this year on the following dates, Tuesday 16 June (Meningococcal B dose 1 & Meningococcal ACWY) and Tuesday 25 August (Meningococcal B dose 2). Students were recently provided with the necessary consent form pack that contained an information sheet & the Consent Card. Please complete the Consent Card and hand the forms to Students Services or email to studentservices@stjohns.sa.edu.au as soon as possible as the Council will be collecting them by end of day Monday 9 February.
