We are excited to invite you to a special event, as part of the School’s Rite Journey program, focusing on the personal development and deepening of relationships for our Year 9 boys.

Join us for a meaningful breakfast on Friday 21 November from 8am, designed specifically for Year 9 boys and their Dads/Mentors. This gathering will take place at the Amphitheatre and Deck, just behind the Pargeter Building.

This event is not just a breakfast; it’s a bonding experience. It allows fathers, mentors, and significant male figures—including grandfathers, uncles, and family friends—to engage with our boys’ journey towards manhood. While you relish a breakfast of bacon and egg rolls, juice, coffee, fruit, and muffins, you’ll have the chance to connect with other remarkable men influencing our students’ lives.

The essence of the morning extends beyond food and conversation. Post-breakfast, we encourage each pair to participate in a reflective walk around the campus. This simple yet powerful activity is designed to foster discussions about life, the challenges of growing up, and the values that define a good man.

Integral to our Rite Journey, we support the commendable efforts of White Ribbon, an organisation dedicated to ending violence against women, emphasising the transformative role men play in this cause. We stand with them in advocating change. Therefore, we kindly ask for a cash donation on the day, in support of this noble cause. Or you may prefer to donate at this link:

In solidarity with White Ribbon, we encourage you to wear a touch of white—be it a hat, shirt, or in spirited commitment, the full cricket whites!

This breakfast marks a phase in our Rite Journey—an educational path designed to shape our boys into responsible, respectful, and thoughtful men of tomorrow. Your presence and support immensely impact this transformative journey.

We eagerly anticipate sharing this morning with you.

Sincerely,

The Rite Journey Team
