Dear Parents,
This week, Year 8 students have been given their Immunisation packs for the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination (two doses) and the Diphtheria Tetanus Pertussis (dTpa) vaccination (one dose). The form in this pack must be completed by a parent/caregiver and returned to Student Services, Pargeter Building no later than Wednesday 10 February. It is a requirement that all forms be completed and returned regardless of whether the student is receiving the vaccinations or not.
The first round of vaccinations are scheduled for Tuesday 16 March. If you have any queries or concerns please contact Mandy Hooper at Student Services on 8278 0214.
