The Explore and Extend Camp experiences are designed for our students to extend themselves in a pursuit of interest and further strengthen connections with their classmates. As previously shared, there is a range of experiences on offer to our students.
This letter seeks to confirm your child’s camp selection and outlines the process for camp payment. Further information attached provides specific information about your child’s camp (including final costs), a summary of the camp experience, the itinerary and a ‘what to bring’ list.
For camp payment, please go to the St John’s Grammar Payment Portal, select the event payments tab, and then select your child’s camp from the events drop down box. Full payment is required by Monday 21 March (Week 8).
A Consent2Go permission will be sent to you shortly for your child’s specific camp. Please ensure all medical information is up to date and if your child will need to have medication on camp, please ensure this information is shared in the Consent2Go. Personal medication brought to camp must be clearly labelled with your child’s name and specific instruction regarding dose / frequency.
We are continually monitoring and responding to the Covid-19 situation in South Australia and our school. Each camp has been planned following all restrictions and guidelines provided by SA Health and AISSA and will continue to be adjusted in response to further Covid-19 updates. Please note students (and staff) should not attend camp if they are symptomatic or feeling mildly unwell. Masks (unless an exemption exists) and personal hand sanitiser will be a required items for all students.
