Dear Parents
I am writing to inform you that the School will be pre-ordering 2021 SASTA Study Guides for each of the Stage 2 Science classes (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Psychology) that will be released towards the beginning of Term 2. The Study Guides have been developed and published by the South Australian Science Teachers Association (SASTA), containing past exam questions and solutions, as well as other helpful information to help students prepare for upcoming tests and exams.
The Study Guides are not compulsory. However, they are highly recommended for students studying a science subject, as they will be used regularly in classes and students are encouraged to use them in their own time, particularly in the lead-up to tests and exams.
The cost of a Study Guide will be approximately $30.00, which will be charged to your School account.
If you would prefer that the school does not purchase a Study Guide for your child, please contact me on cleaver@stjohns.sa.edu.au
