Dear Parents,
The Parents and Friends Association are planning another Wine Drive in time for Christmas! Historically, the P&F Wine Drives are a very popular event, not only do they support our School families involved in the wine industry, we provide discounted (from RRP) prices and further more, this year – raise valuable funds towards the St John’s Grammar and P&F Events Trailer. The Events Trailer will provide the P&F greater flexibility to support School events with BBQs, beverages and snacks. We hope to have it in place early in the new year.
So, we are putting the call out to our School community, if you have liquor products you would like to sell, we will include it as a selection in our Wine Drive. We will list your product at a discounted RRP set by you, but you sell it to us for a slightly reduced price so we can make a small profit on the sale. We distribute the list amongst our community and when orders are finalised, we contact you to organise purchase and delivery of the product. Easy!
If you would like to be involved as a supplier, please send an email with the information below to pandf@stjohns.sa.edu.au no later than Friday 23 October 2023.

- Description of the product/s you would like to sell, including the RRP, price you will sell to the P&F and tasting notes
- Brief description of your relationship with the school
Schedule:
Orders Close: Monday 27 November
Orders to Suppliers: Wednesday 29 November
Suppliers deliver to P&F: Monday 4 December
Please note we will now be opening ordering up to single bottle purchases. Mixed dozens and half-dozens are also welcomed to be included in the offer.
