The Parents and Friends Mother’s Day Stall is being held on Thursday 5 May at the Junior School.
We are seeking volunteers to work on the stall. Volunteers will be required to sell items to the children as the classes come through, as well as wrap gifts.
We require volunteers as follows:
– 6 people from 9am – 11:45am (and 2 on call in case people are isolating or unwell)
– 6 people from 11:45am – 2:30pm (and 2 on call in case people are isolating or unwell)
On 16 November 2021, the Commissioner of Police, acting in his role as the State Coordinator responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, announced the Emergency Management (Education and Early Childhood Settings Vaccination) (COVID-19) Direction 2021.
This Direction requires that all volunteers must have been vaccinated, and provide evidence to the School. This Direction does not apply to those who have a medical exemption endorsed by the Chief Public Health Officer.

The St John’s Grammar Human Resources team have also asked that vaccination certificates and medical exemptions are forwarded to Melissa, who will then forward onto HR once a roster has been sorted.
