Last year, students in Years 11 and 12 travelled to Victoria to take part in our inaugural sporting exchange with Hume Anglican Grammar School.

In 2018, St John’s Grammar will be returning the exchange, hosting Hume Anglican Grammar School between Friday 15 June and Saturday 16 June.

The weekend begins on the evening of Friday 15 June with a St Johns’ Grammar School Old Scholars V current students evening: friendly games of volleyball, netball and basketball, followed by dinner and drinks.

On Saturday 16 June, everyone is warmly invited to join us to enjoy a full day of sport as St Johns’ Grammar students V Hume Anglican Grammar students in volleyball, basketball, soccer and netball. There will be an all day barbecue (parent volunteers also sought! Please contact bwatson@stjohns.sa.edu.au if you can assist), and the canteen will be open between 9am and 3pm serving hot meals, snacks and drinks.

On Saturday evening, a sports quiz night will round off the exchange, with guest speaker Stuart O’Grady not to be missed! Tickets are $5pp, tables of 10, BYO drinks and nibbles. The FIFA World Cup Australia V France game will also be screened. Please book your seat with Brooke Watson at bwatson@stjohns.sa.edu.au

All activities will be held in the Secondary Campus Sports Centre.
