The Synergetic Portal is where parents update their personal details, such as address, contact phone numbers, email addresses and student medical information.
Parent Teacher interviews are also booked through here.
St John’s Grammar Payments
The Payment Portal is where families can pay for School fees, enrolment confirmation fees, events and donations.

Canvas Parent Portal
The Canvas Portal provides parents access to the School’s Learning Management System, where parents can view their child’s assignments, homework and grades.
For parents with students in Years 4 – 12.
RollCall School Bus Portal
Rollcall is the school’s bus management system and the portal allows parents to alter bookings, manage their children’s absences and set the notifications that they want to receive (eg. arrived at bus stop).
