From the Principal

Best Wishes

Next week is one to look forward to for many of our students. Our 60+ Year 4 – 7 students who are participating in the SAPSASA District Athletics Carnival on Wednesday 23 August and in the Independent Schools Swimming Meet on Thursday 24 August go with our best wishes.

All of the Year 10 students begin their Explore and Soar week on Monday 21 August. They have chosen activities from Masterchef, Caving and canoeing, skiing, Art trip to Sydney and CARA camp. The activities are varied and will provide different challenges and experiences for each student. We wish them well too.

Giveaway with a difference!

Our ‘Prac Shack’ that was used for music on the Secondary Campus for many years is now no longer needed. You could become the proud new owner by arranging its removal and transportation to your desired site, without paying the school anything. If you are interested in taking possession of this ‘icon’, please contact our Property Manager, Arthur Galantomos on 0457 090 172 or via email.

I am sure that Mr Leith Stutterd and our musicians will want to arrange one final performance in it before it leaves us.

Subject Choice for 2018

We are busy planning for next year and a very important part of that is for each Secondary student to select the subjects that they wish to study. The online selection form has been distributed and has clear deadlines published. Current Year 6 students do not need to be concerned with this process as they all study every subject, ready to begin making selections the following year.

If you are aware of families who intend to join our School next year, but have not yet enrolled their children, please pass on this information to them.
