Parent survey

 
A survey of parent satisfaction with St John’s Grammar was conducted by communikate et al in 2007. 29% of parents returned the Parent Survey form.

98% of parents would recommend St John’s Grammar to their friends – a great endorsement of the School.

The key findings were:

• Parents feel very strongly that St John’s Grammar has an excellent learning environment, which is also positive and caring.

• St John’s Grammar is additionally highly regarded as having a safe environment and being well thought of in the community – also very positive.

• Parents believe their children have a positive attitude towards the School and want to do well. The children are also comfortable interacting with their teachers.

• Overall the teachers are viewed as a significant strength of the School. All staff are regarded as friendly, helpful and good quality.

• Parents highly value the “lovely community feel” and the hills environment.

• The pastoral care and Christian ethics of the School are valued.

• Living locally was by far the biggest factor in actually finding out about the School.
