NOTES
• Fees are payable in February, May and July.

• The Composite fee will cover resources and consumables used in the classrooms as well as library, PE equipment, art equipment, computer hardware and software, camps and excursions. Years 5 and 6 excursions and Year 10 camp are excluded. Attendance at these trips/camp is at the discretion of the family. GST is applicable on some items included in this fee, eg non-transformed stationery items such as rulers, scissors etc, and food supplied on camps & excursions. The GST will be charged as an additional amount.

• The Book Hire fee covers the use of textbooks by Secondary students for the whole year. This alleviates the need for families to purchase textbooks. Student resources that remain unreturned at the end of a school year, or are badly damaged, will be deducted from the deposit and billed on the next account to restore the balance. The bond is refundable upon the student leaving school when all fees and charges have been paid. Chronic offenders may be asked to purchase their own books.

• The Capital Levy is compulsory and essential for the School’s ongoing building program and upgrades.

• Fee discounts apply to families with more than one child attending the school. The second child attending attracts a 10% reduction on tuition fees only with each subsequent child receiving a 20% reduction of tuition fees.

• An Assisted Students Scheme (School Card) is a means tested scheme of the South Australian Government, and administered by DETE, to provide assistance to low-income families toward the cost of school fees. A discount on Tuition Fees is automatically applied on qualification. Information is available from the School Accountant.

Parents are reminded of the necessity of giving one full school term's notice in writing of a child leaving the school, failing which an extra term's tuition fees will be charged. The School reserves the right to charge interest on outstanding accounts.
